You’ll need the tracking number (MTCN) as well as the sender’s name, sender’s country and transfer amount. You’ll also need to provide an accepted form of government-issued photo ID to pick up the money.

For your protection and to meet regulatory requirements, you must have an accepted form of government-issued photo ID to pick up money at an agent location in New Zealand.

Acceptable identification includes:
