- Open your online banking portal and log in to your account.
- Select Western Union money transfer tab.

2. Fill in transfer details
- Enter their name, receiving country, and the amount, then pay for the transfer.
- If you’re sending directly to a bank account, you will need your receiver’s bank name, code, and account number1.

3. Confirm and pay
- Pay for your transfer.
- You’ll get a confirmation email with the tracking number (MTCN). Use it to track your transfer and share it with your receiver only.

- Open your mobile banking app and log in to your account.
- Select Western Union money transfer tab.
