Transfers made easy
1. Log in to your banking account
- Log in online to your bank account with one of our partner banks.
2. Fill in transfer details
- Enter the tracking number (MTCN), transfer amount, your sender’s name, and purpose of the transfer.
3. Receive money
- Select the account you want to deposit the money in. A receipt will appear showing if your transfer has been completed.
Send money on the go
1. Download your banking mobile app
- You need to be a mobile banking customer of the respective Western Union®
agent and log in to your mobile banking account.
2. Fill in transfer details
- Enter your sender’s details and the tracking number (MTCN),then select your transfer.
3. Receive with confidence
- Select the account you want to deposit the money in. A receipt will appear showing if your transfer has been completed.
