STEP 1. Download the Western Union® app and register

Complete the form in the app to start your transaction and select the “Cash pickup” as a receiving method.

Select “Pay in cash” as your payment method.

 

STEP 2. Find an agent location

Once you are on the confirmation page, you’re given the option to find the nearest Western Union agent location.

The Western Union agent will validate your ID (where applicable).

 

STEP 4. In-store payment

Give the Western Union agent cash to pay for your transaction.

You will receive an automated receipt to the email you provided when setting up your transaction in the app.

You can also collect a printed receipt from the Western Union agent.
