Create your profile
Make sure the information you provide matches your government-issued ID.
We are legally required to request the following information:
- Full name
- Full address
- Mobile phone number
- Country and date of birth
- ID details
Verify your profile
Once registered online, please do the following:
- Take a clear photo of your valid ID from both sides (ID information must be clearly readable).
- Take a clear selfie of yourself (face) holding your ID (ID information must be clearly readable).
- Send both ID photos and the selfie from your registered email to wu.support@equitybank.co.rw .
A representative of Equity Bank Rwanda will check your documents in order to verify your profile.
Send money
You will receive an SMS and email confirmation of your completed profile verification and could send money anytime at westernunion.com .
