Identification Process for Online Customers

You can send up to 800 GBP within a 12-month period before we ask you to verify your identity. If you plan to send money regularly using, we will need to verify your identity. Here is how it works:

  1. Choose “I want to send money regularly” on the review page of your money transfer. 
  2. We will verify the information in your profile. If we need anything more, we will email you.
