You have two choices:
- Wait until service is restored and the funds will be paid out as per our usual standards. Depending upon the choice you made when sending, receivers can pick up at retail or funds will deposited into bank account.
- We are offering a full transaction refund, including fees, when payout services are impacted, as an exception during these current times. Customers are requested to call their local hotline to activate a cancellation.
