With the ‘Start online and pay-in-store’ service, you could get access to lower transfer fees than if you start a transfer at an agent location. This is how it works:
With our “Start online and pay-in-store” service, you can lock the transfer fee at the moment you start your money transfer online and save time at an agent location.
When you start a money transfer at westernunion.com, the exchange rate available at that moment, will stay the same for 24 hours after you get the receipt online. Once you get to the agent location to complete your transfer, the exchange rate will be the same as the one you saw when you started the transfer online.
