Payments

A convenient and reliable way of making payments for goods and services of more than 1500 companies outside Ukraine.

1. Please obtain instructions and details (name, organization code, customer account, etc.) from the company of which you are making payment;
2. Contact the nearest Western Union® Agent location which provides this service. Find the nearest location here, or call our Agents in Ukraine;
3. Provide all necessary details to the operator together with your valid ID, if necessary, sending amount and transfer fee*;
4. Once you made the payment, you get the receipt having the money transfer control number (MTCN). Please, keep it as confirmation of payment. Do not communicate the MTCN with anyone else other than your intended receiver.

* Western Union also makes money from currency exchange. When choosing a money transmitter, carefully compare both transfer fees and exchange rates.
