FRONTLINE is waterproof, since the active ingredient in FRONTLINE products is stored in the oil glands in the skin, from which it is continuously released onto dogs' fur; FRONTLINE remains truly waterproof for 30 days or longer. FRONTLINE is so gentle it is approved for use on puppies 8 weeks or older. It is also approved for breeding, pregnant and lactating dogs.
