Ed Kountz, now a Senior Analyst at Forrester (through its acquisition of JupiterResearch), previously spent eight years as senior analyst, bank cards and payments, at TowerGroup. Before this, he worked for a unit of Thomson Financial Services, where developed a journal focused on the Internet’s role in securities processing. Ed develops actionable thought leadership around consumer payments and financial services habits and has presented at a variety of leading industry and client events.
