What is the WU Pay Cash Back Program?

WU Pay's cash back program is a great way for you to save money when you shop online. When using WU Pay at participating merchants and the WU Pay Gift Card Mall, you will earn up to 1% (or higher where applicable, with special offers) of your paid order towards future WU Pay purchases. Signup is FREE! All you need to do is sign up and you can begin earning cash.

Who is Eligible?

Any WU Pay customer who meets the following can earn cash back:

  • Anyone who pays for their order with WU Pay at participating merchant
  • Are at least 18 years of age and reside in the US
  • You are willing to receive 1 email rewards statement a month
  • You do not participate in fraudulent activity relating to the program
  • Unconditional agreement to these terms & conditions

Joining the Program Sign up is free and easy.

  • To join, simply pay your bill, and click the "Collect Cash Back" button on your receipt.
  • Once you have joined the program your points will be automatically added to your account with each paid order.

Viewing your Earnings

  • Your earnings will be displayed on your payment receipt - and will be added to your account after 15 days.

Earnings Limitations

  • You may earn up to a limit of $20.00 Cash Back per order.
  • You may earn up to a limit of $200.00 of Cash Back savings within a 12 month period.
  • Cash back earnings are valid for a period of 12 months. After 12 months, the cash back earning will expire.
  • Cash back coupons that have been created, are valid and active for a period of 6 months. After 6 months, the cash back coupon will expire.
  • You must opt in to the WU Pay Cash Back program to earn Cash Back Rewards. WU Pay recommends you opt into the program as soon as you make a purchase with WU Pay, information on how to join the Cash Back program is listed on your bill. If you do not opt in to the program, you will not earn Cash Back.
  • You have 60 days from the time you make your WU Pay purchase to opt in to the program. After 60 days, you will not earn Cash Back rewards on these purchases.
  • Rewards accumulated under eBillme are valid with the WU Pay Cash Back program; eBillme reward earning are incorporated into the WU Pay program and are subject to the same earning limitations and terms.

Getting your Cash Back

Your cash back earnings may be redeemed one of 2 ways:
  • WU Pay Coupon: After you earn a minimum of $10.00 USD, you can turn your earnings into a coupon. To redeem your coupon code simply enter it on the WU Pay Terms and Conditions page as you checkout with WU Pay at one of our participating merchants.
  • Check by Mail: You can choose to earn a minimum of $50.00 USD and then redeem your Cash Back in the form of a check that we will mail to your billing address. Please note any remainder of your balance will remain in your Cash Back account.
You will not earn cash back savings on purchases where; (A) you did not pay using WU Pay at a participating merchant; B) failed to pay for the order using WU Pay; (C) your browser is not configured to accept cookies; (D) the order is later canceled or the goods or services are later returned (E) you exceed the annual monetary cap on cash back savings.

Use of any automated system to participate in the program is prohibited and will result in disqualification. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address and WU Pay account number. Each potential claimant may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. We may disqualify transactions, reverse previously paid cash back savings, refuse redemptions and/or close your account at any time if you participate in any fraud or abuse relating to the service (including, without limitation, conducting "sham" transactions or otherwise colluding with merchants), make any misrepresentation in connection with your participation in the service, maintain multiple accounts, or do not otherwise comply with this contract.

We also may close your account if it has been inactive for 12 months (i.e., no qualifying purchases or redemption of savings during the 12-month period).

Unredeemed WU Pay cash back savings in accounts that are closed will be returned to WU Pay. Cash back earnings are subject to verification by WU Pay whose decisions are final.

We may also disqualify reported purchases based on our own determination, if you have not complied with this contract or the terms. It is your responsibility to review this contract and its exclusions carefully.

To Participate in the Program

To participate in the service you must register into the program by providing all of the required registration information. You may not barter, trade or otherwise exchange your account or maintain more than one account.

Monetary Value

WU Pay cash back earnings have no monetary value until the associated purchases are approved and you make a proper redemption request. You may request redemptions from your account, subject to then-current minimum redemption requirements. Redemptions for cash payments are subject to cash back terms and conditions. There may be additional limitations for redeeming savings on purchases from certain stores, and those limitations will be disclosed on the store site. We may offer additional redemption options. You are responsible for any tax liability from your participation in the service.

Program Changes

WU Pay reserves the right to cancel or modify the cash back program if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond WU Pay's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the program as determined by WU Pay in its sole discretion.

Limitation of WU Pay Merchants or Partners

Advertisers, participating stores and service providers for the WU Pay cash back service, while beneficiaries of the disclaimers and limitations of liability described in this contract have no obligations to you for the service or under this contract.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event will any other company with which WU Pay has a corporate partnering relationship, including without limitation, co-branding, co-marketing, joint development, a store relationship, or a licensing or supplier relationship (each a "corporate participant") be liable to you for non-performance of WU Pay obligations. You agree not to sue any corporate participant for non-performance by WU Pay. In no event shall WU Pay be liable for any damages, claims or losses incurred (including without limitation compensatory, incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages), however caused and under any theory of liability arising in connection with: (i) the program; (ii) any failure, delay, or decision by WU Pay in administering the program; (iii) the use or inability to use this web site; (iv) the use or inability to use the service including but not limited to lost profits, lost business or lost opportunity, or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential or exemplary or punitive damages, including legal fees, arising out of such use or inability to use the service, or (v) the purchase or use of any merchandise, products, or services of stores or suppliers, even if WU Pay , or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, claims, or losses and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.


Member agrees to indemnify and hold WU Pay, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of member's use of the program, the violation of these policies by member, or the infringement by member, or other user of the program using the member's account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or as a result of any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained in any member communications.


Termination Or Changes To The Program

WU Pay reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time with notice. Notification of Program termination will be sent to the email address you provide to WU Pay during the registration process. WU Pay will not be responsible for failing to notify you of Program termination where such failure is caused by any reason outside the control of WU Pay, including an error in your email program, an inaccurate email address, your failure to check for your email online, or your failure to inform WU Pay of a change in your email address.


WU Pay may modify this Agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued participation in the Program after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions page of the WU Pay Web site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately cease participation in the Program.

Termination Of Membership

Membership in the Program is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions. Any failure to comply with the Program Terms and Conditions, any fraud or abuse relating to the accrual or redemption of cash back rewards, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to WU Pay or its affiliates by you, or anyone acting on your behalf, may result in the termination of your membership in the Program, cancellation of your WU Pay account and/or forfeiture of your accrued cash back rewards. WU Pay also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. Inactivity is defined as no tracked usage of the WU Pay Program, Web site or payment service. Any deactivated account loses accrued funds and Program access.

Disqualification

At its sole discretion WU Pay reserves the right to disqualify you from the program if:
  • You are involved in activity that is deemed to be fraudulent or misrepresent yourself for the purposes of fraudulent activity.
  • If you are disqualified from the program, this will result in cancellation of your WU Pay account and/or forfeiture of your accrued cash back rewards.
  • WU Pay reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months.

Disputes

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
