		I PLEDGE TOO PROGRAMME - FAST FACTS I PLEDGE stands for "I Promise to Lend Encouragement to Develop Growth in Education" The progarmme was established by GraceKennedy Remittance Services Ltd. and Western Union. It was designed to support community development with the emphasis on Primary Education. The programme's main goal by 2013 is to computerize fourty (40) schools over the period. I PLEDGE TOO PROGRAMME - AN IN-DEPTH LOOK I PLEDGE has grown since its inception to include The Western Union National Reading Week, Book Donations, The Western Union National Schools English Competition, The Western Union Debate Competition and the Computerization Programme. Here are the highlights of each initiative:

To Make a donation to I Pledge TOO Text WUJA to 52000. $10 will be charged to your phone bill.* To donate in-person, visit any Western Union location and fill out the payment form. You can donate any amount. ACCOUNT: I PLEDGE TOO Jamaica CITY: Colorado Your donation will initially be made to the Western Union Foundation which will then provide your donation, plus any matching funds, to People Action for Community Development (PACT) to purchase and implement computer labs in selected schools throughout Jamaica. GraceKennedy Remittance Services and the Western Union Foundation will make a joint contribution of $100,000 to support I PLEDGE TOO. * Message and data rates may apply
