The Western Union® Prepaid Visa® Card is issued by BankFirst, Sioux Falls, SD, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. BankFirst; Member FDIC.
Obtaining Your Western Union Prepaid Visa® Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means: When a consumer opens a Card Account, BankFirst will ask for the consumer's name, address, date of birth and other information that will identify the consumer. The consumer will need to provide his/her Social Security number if a U.S. citizen or personal Tax ID or passport number if a non-U.S. citizen. BankFirst may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. Western Union may provide the information given to the Western Union Agent clerk to BankFirst.

 Restrictions on Use: Western Union strictly prohibits the use of its Internet service to directly or indirectly fund illegal Internet gambling or for any other illegal activity, including, but not limited to, money laundering, support for terrorist activities, fraud or theft. Each time you use a Western Union service you certify to Western Union that your transaction is legal and that it does not violate any of the terms and conditions for use of Western Union's services. Western Union reserves the right to refuse to provide services to you, at any time, for any reason deemed necessary to protect Western Union's interests.
