How to Send Payments for Prepaid Wireless and Home Phone Service
STEP 1: Go to a nearby Agent location
Take your phone number/account number and cash payment to a nearby participating Western Union Agent location.

STEP 2: Complete the form
Write your phone number or account number, cash payment amount and carrier name on the gray Prepaid Services Payments form.
STEP 3: Give payment to the Agent clerk
Give the Agent clerk the gray form and your cash payment amount. (A Western Union fee may apply.)
