 How to Enroll for a Western Union® Prepaid Visa® Card
 Enrolling for your Western Union® Prepaid Visa® Card is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
 Step 1: Enroll Online Enroll online for your Western Union Prepaid Visa® Card, by providing your name, address, Social Security (US Citizens) or other government issued identification (Non-US citizens), and other information.

 Step 2: Check the Mail Upon successful identification verification and approval*, check the mail for your Western Union Prepaid Visa® Card. It should typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days of enrollment.

 Step 3: Pay for and Load Your Western Union Prepaid Visa® Card at an Agent Location Visit a participating Western Union Agent location with your Western Union Prepaid Visa® Card, fill out a Prepaid Services Form, pay the $9.95 non-refundable activation Fee, plus a $4.95 load fee, and load at least $30 to activate your Western Union Prepaid Visa® Card.
This Western Union Prepaid Visa® Card is issued by BankFirst, Sioux Falls, SD, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Bank First; Member FDIC.

 *Obtaining Your Western Union Prepaid Visa® Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means: When a consumer opens a Card Account, BankFirst will ask for the consumer's name, address, date of birth and other information that will identify the consumer. The consumer will need to provide his/her Social Security number if a U.S. citizen or personal Tax ID or passport number if a non-U.S. citizen. BankFirst may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. Western Union may provide the information given to the Western Union Agent clerk to BankFirst.
