How to Send Prepaid Phone Service Payments
Sending payments for your prepaid home phone service at any Western Union® Agent location is fast and easy.
STEP 1: Visit a participating Agent location
Find a nearby, participating Western Union Agent location.

STEP 2: Complete the form
Complete the gray Western Union® form, including your provider account number. If you don't know your account number, please contact your service provider.
STEP 3: Give your payment to the Agent clerk
Give the Agent clerk the form with your payment, including service fee if one applies. You can use either cash or your debit card to make the payment.
STEP 4: Get your receipt
The Agent clerk will provide you with a receipt confirming your transaction.
