The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders completed with Overstock.com Gift Card as all or part of the payment method:

• There is no expiration date on a Gift Card; unless otherwise specified by promotional terms and conditions.
• Gift Cards cannot be accepted as a payment method on our auctions, cars and real estate sites.
• Gift cards are non-returnable.
• Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are not exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift Cards are non-transferable.
• If your order exceeds the amount on your gift card(s), you must use another form of payment for the difference.
• Gift Cards cannot be purchased or used by international customers, shipped outside the continental U.S., or used to pay for international orders or products shipped outside the continental U.S.
• Gift cards may not be used to purchase gift cards.
