    To send money to Ukraine online:

    3. Select ‘Cash’, ‘Bank account’ or ‘Debit or Credit1 card’ depending on your loved one’s preferred method for receiving their money. Then choose the way you would like to pay – credit1/debit card, Sofort or bank transfer. Click ‘Continue’.
    4. Enter your receiver’s account details or select to send money to a previous receiver. Then pay for your transfer.
    5. Check your email for a receipt containing your unique Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Share this with your receiver in Ukraine to track the money.

    How do I send money to Ukraine from a Western Union agent location?

    To send money in person to Ukraine at an agent location:

    1. Find an agent location that’s convenient – from any location across Germany.
    2. Take a valid government-issued ID, My WU℠ number or phone number to the counter. Also provide your receiver in Ukraine’s bank and account information, depending on the receiving method.
    3. Arrange the transfer, including receiving method and currency – UAH, EUR or USD.
    4. Once you’ve paid for your transfer, keep the receipt and use the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) printed on it to track your transfer.

    How much money can I send to Ukraine?

    You can send up to 5,000 EUR when you send money to Ukraine for cash pickup at an agent location, received in EUR, UAH or USD. However, to send money for cash pickup online, you can’t send any more than 500 EUR. If you want to send money direct to a bank account or credit1/debit card, you can send up to 500 EUR, which will be converted to the local UAH currency.

    If you send money to Ukraine for cash pickup you can choose for it to be received in one of three currencies:
