Q: How do I get my $10 bonus?
A: Sign up for direct deposit within 60 days of receiving your card. To get started, fill out a direct deposit form and give it to your employer. You will receive $10 onto your card within 60 days of completion of an eligible direct deposit.
Q: How is this prepaid card different from a credit card?
A: With this card, you add your own money before you can use it to purchase goods and services. There are no overdraft fees or late payment fees with this prepaid card. Also, you cannot overspend and be charged interest on this card.
Q: How can I keep track of the money I spend on my card?

Q: Is the money on my card protected?
A: Yes, your funds are protected by MasterCard's Zero Liability policy.2 In the event you lose your card, it is very important you call the number on the back of your card as soon as possible. See terms and conditions for more details.
Q: Can I withdraw cash at an ATM and use it online?
A: Yes, your card is able to be used anywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted. Don't forget to select Checking when withdrawing from an ATM.
